Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns

  1. Attach a wide bar to the pulldown cable and grab it with your hands just over shoulder-width apart and your palms facing forward.

2. Sit on the seat and fix your legs under the pad.

 

3. Slightly lean back and pull down the bar to your upper chest by flexing your elbows down and back.

 

4. Hold the position for a moment and slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
