Chest Supported Single Hand Cable Rows

  1. Sit on a bench placed in the middle of the cross over machine and set the cable at chest height.

2. Press your chest against the support pad and grab the handle with a neutral grip.

 

3. Pull the cable to your sides by flexing your elbow. 

 

4. Squeeze your lats for a moment and slowly extend your elbow back to the starting position. Once finished, Repeat the steps with your other arm.
