Kneeling Crossover Pulldowns

  1. Set both cables as high as possible with handles attached to them. Grab both handles with an overhand grip, sit on both knees and fully extend your arms.

2. Pulldown the cables by flexing your elbows down and back and squeeze your lats. 

 

3. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly return to the starting position.
