Lying Cable Leg Curls

  1. Set the cable as low as possible with an ankle strap attached to it.

2. Place your ankle inside the strap, lie face down on a flat bench next to the cable and grab the bench for additional support.

 

3. Flex your knee until at least 90 degrees. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly extend your leg back to the starting position.

 

4. Once finished, repeat the steps with the other leg.
