Standing leg curls

  1. Stand upright in the leg curl machine, position your ankles over the pad and grab the side handles for additional support. 

2. Right now your legs should be completely extended and your thighs, abs and chest should be in contact with the pad.

 

3. Flex one knee until at least 90 degrees. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly extend your leg back to the starting position.

 

4. Once finished, repeat the steps with the other leg.
