Standing Cable Leg Curls

  1. Set the cable as low as possible with an ankle strap attached to it.

2. Stand upright in front of the cable, place your ankle inside the strap and grab the machine for additional support.

 

3. Flex your knee until at least 90 degrees while keeping your thigh still. Hold the contraction for a moment and slowly extend your leg back to the starting position.

 

4. Once finished, repeat the steps with the other leg.
