Reverse Grip Incline Lat Pulldowns

  1. Lie prone on an incline bench and grab the wide bar attached to the pulldown cable with your hands shoulder-width apart and your palms facing yourself (Underhand Grip).

2. Slightly lean back and pull down the bar to your upper chest by flexing your elbows down and back.

 

3. Hold the position for a moment and slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
