Singlehanded Lat Pulldown

  1. Attach a handle to the pulldown cable and grab it with your hand in an overhand grip.

2. Sit on the seat and fix your legs under the pad.

 

3. Slightly lean back and pull down the handle to your shoulder by flexing your elbows down and back.

 

4. Hold the position for a moment and slowly extend your arms back to the starting position. Once finished, repeat the steps with your other arm.
