Standing singlehanded Cable High Rows

  1. Set the cable as high as possible and pick an appropriate weight and do the following steps in order:

    1. Grab the handle (Preferably with an Underhand grip).
    2. Rotate your pelvis for 90 degrees while keeping your torso facing the cable.
    3. Lean forward and extend your arm.

2. Now Pull the cable by flexing your elbows behind your body. Squeeze your lats and hold the contraction. After that, slowly extend your arm back to the starting position.

 

3. Once Finished, Repeat the steps for the other side.
