Twohanded Dumbbell Rows

  1. Place a pair of dumbbells in front of you, lean forward and slightly bend your knees.

2. Grab the dumbbells while keeping your back straight and pull it up to the side of your pelvis.

 

3. Squeeze your lats for a second and slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
