Bicycle twists

  1. Sit in an upright position with your feet Slightly bent and cross your hands behind your head. 

2. Now tuck one leg to your stomach and twist your torso at the same time and try to reach your knee with the opposite elbow. 

 

3. Slowly go back and repeat the steps with the other leg.
