Spider push ups

  1. Put your hands on the ground a little wider than Shoulder width, maintain a Straight back and keep your entire body in a straight line. 

2. Go down until your chest almost touches the ground and at the same time Flex your abdominal muscles and bend one knee up towards the elbow. 

 

3. Return to the starting position and repeat the steps with the opposite Leg.
