Set the cables as low as possible and lie on a flat bench in the center of the machine.
2. Grab both handles with your arms extended (in line with the cables) with a slight bent in the elbows(palms facing up). This is the starting position.
3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and create a wide arc to flex the handles together at the top of your chest without changing the angle of your elbows.
4. Squeeze your chest and slowly return to the starting position.
