Lie on a flat bench inside of a smith machine and grab the bar with your hands over shoulder-width apart (Overhand Grip).
2.Raise the bar and hold it over your shoulders with your arms fully extended.
3. Slowly lower the bar towards your chest by bending your elbows while keeping them at a 45 degree angle from your torso.
4. Pause briefly at the bottom and extend your elbows back to the starting position.
