Singlehanded Machine Chest Press

  1. Sit sideways in a chest press machine and grab the handle with an overhand grip.

2. Squeeze your shoulder blades, push your heels to the ground and flex your abdominal muscles.

 

3. Push the handle away by extending your elbow while keeping it at a 45 degree angle from your torso.

 

4. Once your arm is fully extended, squeeze your chest for a moment and slowly bend your elbow back to the starting position.

 

5. Repeat for the required number of reps and once finished, do the same with your other arm.
