Lying circle makers

  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended and arms on your side palms down. 

2. Bring up your legs by flexing your abdominal muscles and curling your pelvis. 

 

3. Now try to make circles with your toes both clockwise and counter clockwise. 

 

3. Keep your abs flexed at all times so your lower back does not come off the ground.
