Lying leg raises

  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended and arms on your side palms down.

2. Bring up your legs by flexing your abdominal muscles and curling your pelvis. there is no necessity to keep your legs completely straight. 

 

3. keep your abs flexed at all times so your lower back does not come off the ground.
