Modified russian twists with a stick

  1. Sit on the ground with your feet anchored under something and your knees bent. 

2. Hold a stick (You can use a barbell, Broomstick, etc.) Behind your body and twist your torso to the sides as much as you can by flexing your obliques. 

 

3. Slowly comeback and twist your torso to the other side.
