Machine Dips

  1. Sit on the dip machine, pick an appropriate weight and grab the machine handles with your arms bent.

2. Stick your chest out and unshrug your shoulders.

 

3. Slightly lean forward and start extending your elbows until your arms are completely straight. 

 

4. Keep this position for a moment and slowly bend your elbows back to the starting position.
