Rope Tricep Pushdowns

  1. Set the cable as high as possible with a rope attachment.

2. Grab the rope with both arms and keep your elbows tucked in and bent to 90 degrees.

 

3. Extend your elbows until your arms are completely straight. 

 

4. Squeeze your triceps and after a brief pause, return to the starting position.
