Standing barbell twist

  1. Place a barbell (Or a long broomstick, if you’re training at home) over your traps. Grab it with your hands and twist your torso to left & Right while squeezing your obliques.

2. Keep in mind that you should twist using only your midsection. DON’T Move your pelvis.
