Seated Cable Overhead Tricep Extension

  1. Set the cable as low as possible with a straight bar attachment and place a bench in front of it.

2. Grab the handles and sit on the bench, facing away from the machine and extend your arms directly over your head.

 

3. Squeeze your triceps and hold this position for a moment. After that, bend your elbows and slowly go back to the starting position.
