Glove flys

  1. Put on a pair of plastic gloves (or something slippery) so you can easily slide on the ground.

2. Open up your arms to go down and stretch your pecs as much as you can.

 

3. Once your chest has touched the ground. Return to the starting position by pushing your hands to the ground.
